If you guys haven't already seen the video on youtube or any other site, there's this new product called the "Shake weight" It uses a new workout technology called dynamic enertia and it's supposed to help shape and tone your arms. Now at first when i saw it i thought it was a joke and that it wouldn't work, so i ordered it. I've now had for about 3 weeks now and i can see visible results and its amazing! It's like nothing i've ever used before, it's so lightweight yet in a matter of seconds you can feel it working out your arms.
