Good example of incorrect use of free weights (even working with personal trainer). Looks like her triceps were never targeted.

Besides, it's not personal trainers battle field - the question was "how to get rid of large arms - do it yourself ". So far did not see any convincing advice of professionals.
So, what you're saying is that personal trainers don't know what they're doing, right?

I really don't see why you are so hung up on people that are not interested in, or care about, a celebrities arms/body or whatever; she does not enter into my life and I don't base myself on celebrities, that's just pointless.

I also stated earlier that we, you and I, would have to agree to differ, so I suggest you let it drop....the OP has had plenty of suggestions that they can choose to either follow or ignore.
