Geez, 2.5 lbs is that all? When I read 2.5 lbs, I was actually thinking 2.5 kg which is also lightweight, but my mistake made them heavier and they were still light even through my thinking error

I know pilates and other exercies employ a method of moving a small distance, barely negligible movement, and it appears to work...maybe they designed it on the same basis, still not for me though
