Is my workout routine ok?

I am 21 years old with height of 161.5cm weighing about 115 pounds.

I work out about 3 times a week, sometimes more depending on my schedule. And every time I go, I stay on the treadmill, either running, or power walk on very high level of inclines for 30 minutes. Usually by the end of 30 minutes, I would have burned at least 300 calories. Sometimes, if I feel energized enough, I would also work on other cardio machines (elliptical trainer or cycling) to burn an extra 50 - 100 calories. Then I would go lift 5lbs - 15lbs dumbbell lifting (3 - 6 sets of 8-10 reps, depending on how i tired i am) followed by abs exercise: crunches/situps.

Is this a good workout routine? What should I change about this to make the most out of it?

i am aiming to lose 4-5 pounds and am consuming a healthy diet of under 1000 calories everyday.
