Hello!! I am new to this forum so I will let you in on a bit of why I am here. I am 31 and 5'6" and 145-150 (the scale fluctuates don't know why) and I really want to lose at least 20lbs. When I look into the mirror the part of me that bothers me the most is my abs. I have that dreaded baby hang and love handles. If I can get that into shape I would be happy with my appearance and could consentrate MORE on my diet. I realize that I need a better diet and I am trying everyday to make little changes but if i could just get my body toned then I probably would be so crazy over the scale.
Does that make sense to anyone? I would gladly accept any advice on what to completly cut out from my diet and anything else you think will help!!
I can't wait to get some great advice and get started.
One more thing as i was looking around I love the setup of this forum and the articles that are available.
