My first sugestion is to get a physio to take a look at it.
where in the calf muscle is the pain ? what type of pain is it ? are you stretching both calf muscles (Gastrocnemius and Soleus) ?
do you also sometimes have pain in the heel or the bottom of the foot ?
what are your shoes like ?
what is your diet like for potassium ?
there are so many variables it is realy hard to help over the internet.
