Weight - Is patience the answer?!!
Hi everybody
Thanks for all the great advice / encouragement on this forum.
Question:
For the past 2 weeks my weight has gone up, and now down - by 400 grams. I weigh once a week, and can't feel a difference in my clothes. I've got 12 kg's to lose. The eating plan below is to lose weight - when I'm in maintenance mode I will increase it, to when I am in maintenance mode. Cheat: Last week 2 Tennis biscuits, last night, one (homemade) hotdog.
Please advise:
08:00 - 100 g bulgarian yoghurt
11:00 - 2 fruit
13:00 - 120 g salad, 120 g veggies, 100 chicken / steak or fish
15:00 - 1 fruit
18:00 - 120 g salad, 120 g veggies, 100 chicken / steak or fish
To drink throughout the day - million, okay, ± 20 glasses of water, green tea, rooibos, cup of coffee on some mornings.
Exercise:
3 times a week - Strength training - half hour
3 times a week - Tae Bo - 1 hour
