Is anyone else out there over alcohol? I have not had a drink for three weeks now, not that I drank much to being with, as I have a little baby boy to look after. I am know starting to realise it is not needed to relax, have fun, enjoy yourself. I know alot of people that get very intoxicated every weekend, and I am kinda sick of hearing about how wasted they were and stuff.
Whats more annoying is that they don't know how much damage they're doing to their bodies. Why does nobody consider alcohol when dieting and looking after themselves
