My face used to turn red as a kid, my mother used to call me a red indian

But, sweating usually indicates the body is fit and used to exercise, so not sweating may indicate a level of lesser fitness, or you may have another problem. They say, the reason the body of a fit person sweats quicker is because it has been primed to know that exercise is beginning and so it automatically starts the cooling process off, even if you're just going for a gentle walk Small children, do not have sweat glands etc, so you can see there are many reasons for not sweating, and for sweating. If your face is turning red, you may want to get your blood pressure checked, but it may just be the way you are...I still go really red and come out in a heat rash even in winter with an open window and barely no clothing

But, if you're concerned about it, just get a general once over by the doctor.
