Yay for bodyweight exercises, too much underrated by most people, good idea for a thread!
- Push-ups (handstand, on knuckles/fingertips/finger and thumb, wall, sink, raised feet, wide/narrow arms, slow 20-secs reps, holding breath, 1 foot on floor, one arm further forward than the other...etc).
- Dip (chest, triceps).
- Lunges.
- Squats (wall, free-standing)
- Crunches (V-sits, gymnast rocking abs)
- Calf raises
- Plank (side, normal)
- Other yoga stuff like: balancing on hands, feet out parallel to floor; crow pose (??); boat pose...[can't remember all the various yogic names and can't be bothered to look them up
]
