Update!
I had my first personal training session today. It was great. He pushed me harder than I usually work and there was much more variety than my usual routine. I had great fun/got exhausted boxing among other things. I burnt 1000 calories and an hour session, actually I think we went over a little, maybe and hour 15, but it went really quickly, felt more like 30. I think i'll do it again if I can afford the treat.

Caffeine is strange. I tried them... not the recommended dose, just one and whilst it makes my heart rate higher it also makes me feel light headed and nauseous so I don't feel like I can concentrate as hard as I need to. It also gives me the shakes and makes my asthma kick in faster. All in all I think I can work out better without them. Although I'm sure the nausea would lead to weight loss I don't really think not eating is the way to go. I guess it was worth a try once.

As for my weight, it's gone up! I'm now sitting at 80 again. Whilst i'm annoyed at the figure i'm feeling more toned and stronger so I guess thats the real point. My waist measurement is 36.5 and needs to be 33 to fit into my wedding dress so hopefully all the muscle I'm strengthening/increasing will help burn that up *fingers crossed* I've been trying to increase my water intake but I'm having trouble, how much does everyone else drink a day? I'm aiming for 3L but I'm struggling getting to 2!
