Burning feeling the day after!

Hey all!

If you are hurting to the extreme the day after a workout. Does it mean you actually had a good workout? Now, what if you don't hurt the day after. Does that mean you didn't have a good workout the day before?

Bottom line, do you have to always hurt and burn the day after to know whether or not you worked out hard enough?
