7 November 2009 (Update to log)

7 November 2009

I figured I'd track some of my dynamic apnea results in this log as well, so that I can see the changes. I have several routes, but the one I use the most is just over a hundred feet in distance and incorporates a stairway (only flat distance, not upward distance , will be taken into the equation) and will be rounded down to 100 ft for convenience. Heart rate will be based on the simple equation, for now, of 226 - age.

Today's walk is purely for a baseline figure, since it can't be considered accurate because I've been enjoying cola which will put the figures out to some degree.

Dynamic apnea:

100 ft at just below 65% MaxHR

I realised when I did this tester walk that my heart rate had not been lowered sufficiently, which is why it may be so high
