Dynamic apnea routes:
Route A: includes stairs, both ways; approx 100 ft
Route B: along the flat only: x 6 approx 95 ft; x 8 approx 125 ft
Route C: along the flat only: x 6 approx 105 ft; x 8 approx 140 ft
Because one of the routes, Route A, includes moving the body upward which will need more energy, I'll also track heart rates on Route B, since I'm up to 125 ft already anyway...the comparison should also prove helpful for further dynamic sessions.
