I know, I was surprised, I've always wondered if caffeine ever inadvertantly affects a workout...whether a person gets a false reading concerning Heart Rate, especially if it has been raised by the caffeine...does that mean that they have to push it 10% higher to reach a true heart rate reading for the zone they are trying to workout in???

It does make me wonder though.
