Final hopsital appointment out of my way, so I thought, but they want to do a review in 6 months.
Anyway, that's 6 months of freedom from having to see the medical community...and that's gotta be a good thing
Now I can really sink my teeth into my workouts, and it doesn't matter if I have another issue with the current medical problem, besides I need to see how it responds to my full exercise routine...and I'm getting tired of having to ease up on it just because I'm due at hospital and need to be fit enough to travel.
Will be incorporating a new abs section into my current routine, I've tried a bit of the new routine but I'm not going to log what I'm up to on that point until a few months down the line...when I know whether it is having an effect of any noteworthiness, then I'll log it...although having done just 3 reps and no sets as yet, they appear to definitely work, as they should. Eventually looking to work the exercise, abs, from 3 sets of 5 up to 5 sets of 20, which should take a month or two in itself, and will be fun which is important. All will be revealed later on
