Today, I deliberately gave the whole body a shock workout to wake it up and get it into training mode again, although I did omit sissy squats due to the routine make-up...but somehow I don't think my body is going to like me in the morning. The weight training begins again on Sunday which leaves the body a few days break for recovery after today's shock wake-up call.

I did my normal abs selection along with the shock routine and did a 3 set trial of the new abs set-up which will in future be done on cardio days only.
