oops, i guess i need more of an intro.. i'm michelle and i live in Maryland. i'm a mother of two and i've been working out since high school. i was the only girl in the weight lifting club! that doesn't mean i'm this big manly muscle girl... lol. i never had a set schedule and usually just did whatever came to mind at the gym. i was in the army for 8 years and that was probably the most structured exercise routine i had. now that i'm out and i'm a busy mom, i'm trying to get back into exercising.
