I have never joined a forum of any kind so I'm excited about learning new things from all of you, and maybe offering some ideas as well. I am one of those people that others sometimes roll their eyes at -- I am tall and thin and look fine in clothes, but trust me, it ain't pretty naked!

I'm looking for tips and support in getting in the best shape I can be in: I'm 44 so I'm aware I'm not 27 anymore but I believe one is as young as one feels and I'm looking to hear about some efficient and effective exercises that can, uh, firm things up, if you know what I mean. I am a windsurfer and, while I used to get in shape by windsurfing, I now realize I have to get in shape in order to windsurf!
