Hi,

RWF is right on. The idea is to eat about every three hours (small meal ie turkey on whole wheat ,even half is fine depending on timing).I take a sandwich or 2 to work cut up and eat at regular intervals.It keeps your metabolism running .I also found a tall glass of ice water in intervals is very helpful.Good luck.
