Default No Self Discipline Hate Bat Wings



I must first tell all of you, my self-discipline skills are zero. I also am the worst procrastinator EVER. For the above reasons (that and being just lazy) summer is here again, and I still don't have those Madonna arms. Well . . . maybe I don't want that that much definition but close. I don't have definition; I have dimples. That ain't attractive. As I cannot afford a personal Trainer and there isn't one nearby even if I could, I come here for help, so somebody please HELP.
I've been told the arms are the easiest to tone, but of course, I want that toning RIGHT NOW, which I know is not possible, but what I am asking from this toned community of friends is this: I need a routine to follow. I mean step by step, exercise by exercise, DETAILS on reps and anything else you can tell me. I am serious about this arm thing. I am getting to the point I don't even wanna wear sleeveless tops, and that is BAD! I have some definition on backs of my arms, but front are just dimples. ANY HELP OUT THERE?
