I'm glad you like the site. I hope you stay with us. I also use exercise as my destress time. I push myself as hard as I can go especially on those days that I am really stressed or worried. When I feel that sweat pouring off my brow it just really makes me feel good. Especially when the AC is on 63 and the ceiling fan is on.
