Hey funny u mention hooping! I just saw my first the other day. It was too big for me though, couldn't keep it up! ha! I remember having a hoola hoop when I was a kid. I am a 60 model, born in 1960. HA! The girls at office said my butt andf hips were not big enuf for it. Someone in town makes em, all sizes and weights, i was told.

actually, i think the bigger ones are easier to keep up, because you don't have to move as fast. i have a little trouble using my daughter's hoop because it's smaller and a little lighter, so i have to move much faster. it's so much fun to hoop with her. everytime i learn a new trick, she gets it right after me. so she can do pretty much anything i can do right now. she's 8.
