20/20/20 workout?

I found a great workout on RWF that combined 20 mins. of cardio (predominantly legs or arms) followed by 20 mins. of weights (arms or legs) and followed by another 20 mins. of the same cardio. Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark it and now I can't find it.....can anybody help?

Haven't had much of a chance to look around yet, so still new to this forum, but if I come across it I will post the link here.

I tried the split routines myself, cardio/weights/cardio but could never really get into it as it just felt like I was not committing 100% at every workout, probably because it was continual change, and I think my system prefers to do one session of weights, and do the cardio a different day, that way I appear to enjoy it and get 100% from both.
