Question Home gyms

It might be nice to see what sort of equipment we all workout with, for those who do their workouts at home. If you workout at home what does your gym consist of?

Mine is as follows:

3kg - 5kg set weights.
20kg adjustable set of weights (dumbbells).
Aerobic stepper.
Swiss ball.
Speed rope.

And last but not least, an alarm clock, primarily because it has a large second hand which means I can see it when doing intervals/Tabata.

I've taken over my alpha male's shed, much to his disgust.

Decline bench
benchpress bench with leg extender/curls
4 adjustable dumbbells
1 barbell
about 40kg of weights, mostly 5kg and 2.5kg plates
Fitball
exercise bike
yoga mat
rebound trampoline
static dance pole

And I think, one of the most important thing, is the stereo. I like to crank up the music when I'm sweating out my pain. GRR! lol

first I wanted to post as my home gym equipment: "my couch"
but then I realized my home gym is actually my pesky dogs. they don't let me get away without at least an hour walk each day.

I'm impressed with you home gym-ers. I had a treadmill once that served as a lovely laundry rack...

I have to admit, that part of me using my home gym everyday is to avoid tha conversation with the alpha male. "Well, you spent money on it so you use it!"

ambil is on a distinguished road
I used to have a Nordic Track for 15 years. It started to act up, so now we have an excercise bike and now a weight machine from Hammer. Living in Germany I suppose we have somewhat different product names. I've been using the hammer machine with weights for only about four weeks. It was just what I needed. My muscles already feel lighter. Before that I just had a couple of dumbbells. And I also have a Yoga matt. I've also signed up for a course in May. I'm 50, my muscles are acting up at times. I need to learn how to really stretch and slow down at the same time, know what I mean?

yes! it becomes more important to get salt baths, massage and rest more frequently just to keep things moving smoothly doesn't it?
so much maintenance!
is it still as common in Germany for everyone to take a kur (is that how you call it when you go away to a spa?) once a year or so?
