1yr measurements

Ok so I'm still big, but I did measure myself last night. I have gone from cramming my behind into size 28 jeans to wearing a size 16 or 18 depending on the day. So I mean huge improvements but still was a little down when I looked at how big I still am.
So here are the results:
Jan 2008 Jan 2009
Waist: 56 in 44 in
Hips: 59 in 46 in
I didn't do leg and arms last year so not sure of the differance there. Mostly I have been going by clothes.
It has been a loooongggggg year but I am looking forward to continuing on. I will have before and after pics the end of January. Gotta get my hair done first and buy new shoes!

Oh, I looove measurements! It's certainly a much more accurate way of seeing weight loss than just jumping on the scales.

Rep+, fantastic effort!!

Congrats on the losses; this will inspire others, and as WolfLady mentions measurements certainly tell a truer story and it's always amazing to look at the tape measure section that used to be required and is now superfluous because you're smaller now
