Okay, at the moment I'm getting a WOO HOO high every time I see my hold time increase; so last week I was beaming with a new PB of 1:39 seconds, grinning from ear to ear

Weird little cafe where I was working, was selling hard boiled eggs for 25p each
so I muched my way through few extra grams of protein on the train home.
(Its the little things in life! he he he)
being able to run for a little longer each day!
and the warm feeling snuggling into bed at night with sore muscles and waking up feeling great! Don't you love the body?
