What do you Use?

I was wondering which types of different salad dressings you like using when making a recipe. Could be salad or non-salad related.

A drizzle of olive oil works well.

I splosh a bit of olive oil, a bit of white wine vinegar, a bit of balsamic and a dollop of wholegrain mustard into a jar and give that a good shake then use that. I also sometimes add a bit of Worcestershire sauce or some herbs or spices, depending on what I'm having it with. But then I like my food quite strongly flavoured

I just chuck a bit of balsamic over it - sometimes olive oil too...
