feeling lethargic
Lately I have been feeling quite lethargic even though I am eating clean, exercising and getting enough sleep. I am at home with my three young children for the summer. They keep me busy, but I am not sure if I am tired because they are active or because of another reason.
I am also taking a multivitamin, maca supplement, and calcium. I drink plenty of water, but I could be drinking more.
I did recently have my blood tested for basically everything and I am in excellent health.
Is it possible that it is psychological or is there something that I could be doing?
I eat every two hours. I am wondering if it is diet related. I wonder if I need more carbs. I think I eat enough carbs but maybe not.
Any suggestions or thoughts? Anyone in the same boat?
I'd love to hear some input.
