Smile Prenatal Vitamins

Hello,
My cousin had her baby a little over a year ago and she continues to take her prenatal vitamins and she says she feels amazing, stronger, and looks great. Her skin looks clear, her nails are strong, and her hair looks gorgeous! I was wondering if it would be a good idea to switch up my usual GNC womens daily vitamin with a prenatal.

Anybody ever try it?

Default prenatal vitamins

Hi there

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for around 6 months now, even though I am not expecting or currently trying for a baby. I was feeling a bit low and went to see my doctor who recommended taking various vitamin supplements to boost my energy.

I felt like an addict taking so many vitamin tablets every morning so I went to a health food store in my local town and asked them if there was something that combined all of them and they showed me Pregnacare prenatal vitamins, I've been on them since then and feel great!

My hair and nails are feeling stronger and looking better too and I've had a boost of energy. I would advise you to take extra precautions during intercourse if you dont want to fall pregnant as they contain all the vitamins required for conception.

Good luck!
