Hi All!
I just stumbled across this site and I love it! I'm so glad to find like-minded people and hopefully some motivation and support for those days that eating right and working out seem unappealing!
Just a quick intro...
I'm 32, live in Denver, single, no children.
I had gastric bypass, weight loss surgery approx. 3 years ago and have lost around 115 lbs.
I work out and play soccer pretty regularly. I am in good shape, but don't have the body I'd like to.
I've just started adding weight lifting back into my regular routine at the gym.
I'd say 2 - 3 times per week I do 60 minutes of cardio followed by 15 minutes of intense abs, and a good stretch.
Once a week I try to lift - trying to find that motivation again.
I'm looking forward to visiting often!
