Default Heels Or No Heels That Is The Question

Should we wear or be weary of high heels? Is it really compromising having healthy feet if you can't resist those sexy, cute ankle strap heels?I'm pretty much torn on this one when it comes to cute high heels I crumble. What kind of damage can occure beside having sore aching feet?

You could tear a tendon if you're not careful. Personally, I hate wearing high heels.

I'll wear heels for a night on the town. I love taking care of my feet, getting them pedicured, massaged, etc.

I'd fall over in heels. I only wear joggers, thongs or barefeet.

I did read an article a while ago that actually said heels benefited your legs, I think it was calf muscles...I can't really remember, however as they say moderation works best....

Thumbs up Heels

Heeled shoes don't really do any damage to your feet unless you wear them all the time. I have heard that you can injure your calf muscles from wearing high heels every day and hurt your feet, but most people do not do that anyways. I enjoy wearing my heels when the occasion calls for it, and they haven't done any more damage to my flat feet than if I didn't wear them. Heels can make your legs and feet look amazing when you want to go out, so why not just wear them if you want to? It doesn't sound like you are going to wear them all the time anyways. Personally I love heels, but maybe that is due to the fact that I am 5"2!

I wear heels atleast 3 times per week and those are generally stilletto's lol, but I'm 5 foot on my tip toes so I need the boost.
