I eat a lot of chicken, beef and turkey. Also dairy and eggs. Getting protein from real sources, as opposed to powder, DOES make a difference. I eat green beans and/or fruit on the side. Cantaloupe is a great dessert!

I buy a huge bag of EAS Premium Protein at Costco for $30.00, and it last about a month. I drink 1 shake after working out. This is an awesome source because it has Whey Protin, Soy Protein,and Casein in it. Let me see if I can find it online for you....

^^ there is a big jar that should last you a while, and it's very cheap. As a woman you don't really want to drink too much like a man. I just drink 1 shake after my workouts and it's AWESOME! Good luck!!
