Hey Everybody!!

I'm wondering if there's somebody out there that can recommend a really good menu for weight gain. I need a menu for breakfast,lunch,dinner and in between snacks. I'm currently 120lbs. my height is 5 '4 I Just want to gain about 10lbs. I Just want a lil more meat on my bones. I also want to know how to maintain the weight once I acheive it.
