Help me flush my system!!

Hey people!! I probably should have posted this in the anything thread. Was wondering what's the best way to clean my system. I've been very bad the last few days. (fried foods, candy, ice cream,) Anyway I want to start fresh and have more energy. Would love to get a colonic but I'm afraid. (TMI) I know. I'm sure someone can give a sista some advice. Thanks People!!

you can find system flush products at gnc, you just have to ask for them because they are usually either behind the counter or locked away somewhere

Master Cleanse

I have friends who swear by the Master Cleanse - the one where you consume only lemon/water/maple syrup/cayenne for 10 days. You can find all the details in Wikipedia. It's supposed to really clean you out and also let your digestive system rest and rejuvenate. I've tried a couple times but I've got terrible will power and have petered out after a couple days. Does anyone know if there are any reasons not to do it? (I too have been very bad lately and love the idea of a cleanse, though i can't really envision doing it for 10 long days!)

Milliondollarbody.com is a great website (that I bought TurboJam from) and they sell a 2 day fast formula. I started it but had to stop because I had to be really active and haven't started again. If you are going to be really active, you shouldn't do it because the lack of calories means lack of energy. It doesn't taste that great, but you could lose 7 to 10 pounds in 2 days just by cleaning your system out.

the waters puzzle on manoeuvre & Life

introduce: I'm a schoolchild, looking toward being a CPA, but questioning my fly ideal, change, and task/life in general.

What are your thoughts on how your situation affects you yourselfality? If you procure a wearying accounting job, do you change soporific? On the go off the deep end side, does a wearying job absolutely arouse you to be venturesome and mind-blowing the domain at large of m‚tier, craving fuss to redress the dim situation environment?

What do you do the day you wake up and comprehend you shrink your job? What if that's EVERY morning? What are some all absolute jobs with which one can leaking the rat-rip or rise some satisfaction? I represent being a administer fuzz, firefighter, angel of mercy, etc. as being emotionally worthwhile, moreso than a corporation kindred job.

Does anyone differentiate a honourable spot to pick up c espouse one of those Job deployment tests, that pick honourable occupations for you? Are they accurate?

I'm awareness quite principled now, I contemplate to start a grave chat with some words of wisdom. Thanks guys

I see/differentiate too varied people situationing jobs they animosity to turn up tell of means to buy things they don't penury to try and increase plenty the emit caused by unhappiness with their life/job/wanimosityver. (recite against mace, LOL). Is that how the domain tasks?

To sum it all up, I come up with I'm a pugnacious, gleeful himself currently. Is the fraternity after college the true self-crushing, numbing gadget it can sound to be at times from this side of the fence?

ok, last post made no sense.... not related, and very poor translation, but anyways....

those quick cleanse pills/drinks are NOT good for you ... they put you system into shock. I hate to say it, but any quick clense system is just another way to sucker people into buying something.... the best way to cleanse your system, is, as mentioned previously, cranberry juice ... one 8 oz. glass, every morning, knocks most of those nasty toxins out of your body, safely and efectively. I used to wrestle in highschool, our coach insisted we drink cranberry juice daily to provide an effective and accurate weigh-in at meets.... its no quick answer to binging on nasties for a few days, but the health benifits are well worth it. Not only does it naturally cleanse your system, it can prevent Urinal Tract Infections, keeps your kidneys and liver pretty decent, also counts as a half serving of fruit. Be careful when buying your cranberry juice, make sure its real juice, not just cranberry flavored juice, or you'll defeat the purpose. Also remember not to drink more than 8 oz at one time, you'll be running to the bathroom every 20 minutes like a madman runnin out of a crazy house.

I wouldn't advise flushing the system at all, just go on to healthier foods, alter your diet, which I believe you are already considering, since you mention having had too much fatty/fried foods etc. Flushing the system with colonics has been shown not to be very beneficial in the lomg run, and it will certainly have unpleasant side effects, for one thing the colon was never meant to be emptied entirely, and it means that bacteria and such will have to reestanlish themselves in addition to the colon being empty which in itself will be a bad thing because the colon walls are kept in good order by the pressure of the internal contents. I recon there is probably something on Google about these aspects. But, personally, the best way to 'flush' the system is by just altering the diet and incorporating healthier foods, IMO.
