A lot of people seem to like those Crystal Light single serve packages that you add to your bottled water. Always having a bottle of water helps. Personally, I just chug a glass of water before meals and whenever I feel able to because it helps keep my appetite under control.

I munch of numerous cups of ice per day as my water source generally.

I don't drink much water at all. When i do drink anything, it's almost always water, but I consume WAY less than the "recommended" 8 glasses a day. Did you hear that NPR story recently debunking the need for so much water? I'm pretty sure Americans are the only people on the planet who feel the need to guzzle so regularly. But then maybe that's just my defense of not partaking!
