Healthy brunch

Hey everyone, I'm from LA and definitely a lady who brunches. I've exhausted all egg white-related options and am desperately searching for some scrumptious (but healthy) brunch alternatives. If anyone has suggestions they would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Celery and peanut butter go well together as a snack

I like tuna, olive oil and cucumber sannies. Brunch, would that be lunch and breakfast combined, or first meal at lunchtime, being English I probably got my wires crossed.
