my fave snacks are: yogurt with mango, pretzels and nuts. Snacking almond nuts is also good for the skin and hair..so i always have it on my list. tastes good and great benefits too!

I carry trailmix around with me in my purse. It's got fruit- raisins and cranberries, and some protein with the nuts, which helps stave off my hunger for a little while
