I have been making these cookies for a little while now and I love them for breakfast or a post work out snack. They are simple. Here is a recipe, give them a try!
3 bananas (mashed)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups oatmeal (i use one min quick oats)
2 tablespoons milled flax seed
2 tablespoons water
Mix it all together. let it sit for 15 min. then bake at 350 for 20 mins until tops are slightly brown.
