oh, i wonder how accessible it is in the UK? We've got it here in pretty much any natural food store - it's usually in refrigerated section and packaged in plastic - it is a little odd if you're not used to things like this but I think it just tastes like a milder marinated kind of tofu. It is a fermented soy product and because it's fermented it's much healthier for us - more easily digestible and nutrient rich. I've been using it in my stir frys and just bought one today that seems to be something you can put in a sandwich...I'll report back. oh and there's one that is supposed to substitute bacon but you have to use quite a bit of imagination for that one...

I was picking up some bits from the healthfood shop and found a box of Quinoa.
Just wondering if anyone has tried it?
Any sugestions welcome
