Hi there! ... I've been recording exactly what I eat each day and counting my calories for all of the food... I'm using thedailyplate.com to look up a lot of the calorie values for the food that I eat, but I also cook a lot and I have no idea how to calculate the food that I make... I can generally estimate the calories for what I cook, but then there are a few things I make that I have no idea how to calculate the calories.... does anyone know of a good website to estimate the calories for recipes?
Hm..I've been using the dailyplate for years now and there doesn't seem to be much that I can't find in their database. What kind of things are you cooking and don't they have their own nutrition labels? If so, you can manually enter the calories yourself.
