Food Splurges

How often do you gals splurge? Do you at all? I was at the grocery mart yesterday and saw some banana pudding... it was so tempting, but I decided against it. The cravings are really bad.

I try to limit myself to one dinner out a week. I try to stay true to low-calorie foods though whenever we go out to eat.

I've been pretty good lately. I drink a lot of water and that takes care of the appetite.

Stay away from the chocolate! Hehe, I try to splurge on pasta a lot.. it's one of my favorite foods, but it also gives me energy to workout a few hours afterwards.

I think it's the weather 'cause I've been having more temptation to splurge as well. I usually only splurge once a week, but I've cheated a little more this week....oops.

I have a problem with doing great on my diet all day, untill around the end of the night. Once it hits around 6 (after dinner). I want sweets and cheese, and carbs! all i can eat. And the cravings are SOOO strong!
.. any suggestions of how i can over come these. Please help, its the only thing holding me back.

I have those cravings as well. Try drinking a lot of water around that time at night, it'll fill you up while not putting the weight on.

Same as Katie, chocolate is always my #1 enemy! When I feel like I need something to eat, I'll have small slices of apple and eat it slowly. That way I will feel filled up, loose my appetite, but get fiber at the same time.
