my plan is to integrate carbs back into my diet slowly after i achieve my goals. could i really gain 10lbs of fat back that quickly, even with all the muscle mass im putting on?
If you're putting muscle mass on then chances are you won't gain fat back, especially if you continue to workout in order to maintain the losses; it's really only when we stop exercising, or something goes haywire with our health i.e thyroid etc, that we gain weight back. It's also good that you are going to integrate carbs back slowly into your diet, and that you're not solely focussed on the scales, but on bodyfat and inches.
The reason I put about gaining it back is because some people reach their goal and then just forget that it has to be maintained in order for them not to go in reverse...but it seems you have your finger firmly on the pulse and know exactly what you're doing, which is great; let us all know when you reach your goal, and maybe you could even start a journal (unless you have and I missed it, this site is growing daily now so it's possible) and then everyone can follow your progress, which will inspire others too, if you choose to start a log.

I'm a big fan of multi vits but I just don't think leaving veg out is a good option , If you leave all carbs out your body won't be able to move the protein into your muscles effectively for a start, what carbs would you be adding if you had some broccoli or asparagus with a meal? There is so much you need from veg that just can't be replace any other way.

Hey there. I just read through all these posts. That's awesome that you broke through your plateau! Glad you encorporated some veggies in there too (that was much needed). And the fact that you can still have a cheat day while losing is also inspiring (I haven't done that in years).

Way to go!

so i've come to the end of my 30 days, and didn't reach my goal
i also didn't stick to the diet for the last 2 weeks either, lol
i ended up adding alot of fruits and veggies in, after i ended up binging because i was essentially depriving myself of nutrients
so i do not reccomend my diet, lol.
but i lost 6 pounds, and i'm keeping it off, now i just have to lose 4 lbs in 8 days if i want to reach my bday goal...i'm not counting on it though, 4 lbs in 8 days is not healthy, and there's no way im losing it unless i just stop eating, and i'll gain it back in a day.

hi i'm new too! that is true you shouldn"t leave the fruit and veg out its important for the body to get all the nutrients for it to face everyday challenges! instead just moderate what you eat and do exercice everyday. good luck!

I lost 24kg in four months after I had my baby.
By following this diet I designed for myself
Breakfast

Egg White Omelete with tomato and mushroom/ boiled eggs on wholemeal
Protein shake

Morning Tea
Youghurt with strawberries/blueberries

Lunch
Samon with Salad or a samon and salad sandwich on wholemeal

Afternoon Tea
Cracker's with tomato
Banana

Dinner

Grilled Chicken, Steamed Vegies at least five types
Protein Shake

The More you eat the faster your metabolism works, you should not focuss on a quick fix, they never work, you will only pack it back on once you stop dieting. Why don't you think of it as a lifestyle change, why stop after 30 days??? You will never get anywhere!!
