IBS and eating healthy

Hey ladies, I'm looking for a little advice. I have IBS, or atleast that's what we call it because Crohn's runs in my family and although I have all the same symptoms (joint issues, intestinal issues) i grew normally so we never worried about it.

I'm not a big health nut but I actually love fruits and vegtables, the problem is that they don't love me. at all.

I'm looking for some breakfast ideas that are healthy that doesn't involve anything raw, which in this case includes fruits. I realize that this severly limits me to carbs, but I don't have time to be sick all day because I ate food that I really can't, especially in the morning (the raw issue never goes away, I just try to eat healthy anyways and pay the price. Of course this is only doable when i'm either very relaxed or have some time...which of course is usually when i'm relaxed :P)

I would make fresh oatmeal, which I actually can digest early in the morning, but i'm living in a dorm and hot plates are not allowed. What about yogurt? I'm suprisingly okay with dairy most of the time.

In general actually, does anyone have IBS or something along those lines and have easy on the stomach but still healthy ideas for any meal?

Thanks!
