SO I was just curious if anyone knew, is it ok for women to drink whey protein? My husband and I drink it as one of our snacks, and Im not sure if it's actually ok for women to have.
I have used it for some time. Mostly as a supplement as I do not eat very much protein in my diet.. read hardly any to none.. Using the shakes up to three times per day I have lost weight and toned easier.
Whey protein is really important for post workout. Whey is a fast-digesting protein which will nourish your body after working out. It's definitely okay (and recommend) for women! I really like Muscle Milk the best. (Just my preference after trying a few different kinds)
