I use Muscle Milk which is okay (Google: Cytosport) although it did take a bit of getting used to (blahhh). It's about 300 calories and 32g protein per serve, just mixed with water, although I sometimes make it with skinny milk. A friend and I each get a different flavour barrel then divide it up (2 scoops) into a snap-lock plastic bags, and share them so we don't get sick of it.
