Smile can anyone recommend a good protein shake?

Hi just wondered if anyone can recommend a good protein shake. I have a busy job and want something easy I can take with me to work that will fill me up and help me lose weight.
thank you

Have you tried Maximuscle - they do all sorts of different options depending on what your goals are. They also have promax natural that you can add to cereal/recipes/yogurt. If you are like me and are not so keen on milkshakes this is a good option.

I am not an expert on protein shakes, but I found the article at upsidedownhealth.com to be very helpful. It discusses the pro's and con's of three different proteins - soy, whey, and egg white.

Any value in some soups?

I initiate a ensemble knot of soups that inquire extraordinary, and can be made in big batches and frozen.
Is there any interest?

Smile SHake!

I love Freak Fix - Chocolate Blackout...I have one every morning after the gym. It tastes like Oreos!

I have a hard time liking any kind of protein shake but I'm a big fan of Muscle Milk, the powder or RTD.

I love Musashi. I've been using it since I started weightlifting and have had some great results. They also come in a RTD carton, which is perfectly suited for a quick meal on the go. It is whey protein, and is absorbed quickly so it's better suited for a post-workout shake. Still handy though. I keep a couple in the fridge if I'm dashing out the door first thing in the morning.

I like Optimum- I think it's made by On or its the other way around. I like the 16 packet variety flavor box. All are in single serving packets just tear open and add it to a shaker cup. I add Carmel Toffee Fudge flavor to 8oz coffee and 1 tbsp of fat free creamer. Add a little ice and blend it if you have time and it makes a frapacinno!

You know, I used to use a blender for my shakes but they always ended up so frothy it was like trying to drink foam! The burps afterwards were shocking. Now I use a hand beater in a flat-bottomed jug. Less bubbles in it, and less embarrassment.
