Default Worst foods for your health

5 worst foods for your health » The Worst Daily

How many have you eaten in the last month? Soda is the one weakness that I have, I can't stand drinking water when I eat. I know it's not natural to have so much sugar in your drink, but it tastes so good.

French fries are terribly tempting for me. I love McDonald's french fries the most, they go well with my cheeseburger when I feel like cheating

For me, it's chocolates and cakes. I like sweets so much.

Default Tater Chips

I was horking down a bag of Kettle potato chips yesterday, feeling guilty, and then I looked at the back of the package and discovered that they weren't nearly so bad for me. Now, I'm not advocating that you stick your face in a bag of chips like I did, BUT, if you're going to, the Kettle brand seems to have a lot less fat and salt than most other brands. I didn't do a bag to bag comparison, but I was surprised at how modest the numbers were. They generally keep their ingredient list really tight, too, which I love because I have some ingredients Im supposed to avoid. OK, so even though I just said these werent' so bad for me... uh... good crunchy potato chips (BBQ anyone?!) are a weakness for me!

Chips are tempting for me too ... especially kettle Salt & Vinegar ...

I recently tried Flat Earth Crisps - the Tangy Tomato flavour (made from vegetables) as an alternative to chips. They claim to have 1/2 a serving of vegetables in one of their servings, and they do include a bit of protein, various vitamins and minerals. Quite satisfying and tasty as an occaisonal snack, but I'd still prefer real fruit or veggies.

I would have to say if one were to pick the absolute worst type of food bar none, it would be fried foods.
