This is another you would have to be careful with form!
She's definately lean and fit, although the only downside is that she wouldn't have those breasts with single digit bodyfat %. But she does look fantastic.
She obviously does yoga and not at a low level, because of the jump through to hands to feet pose (can never remember the proper yoga names ). That in itslef is not as easy as it looks, although after a few weeks of doing it, it does get easier. But, yeah, I'd be concerned about the lower back in this vid, one wrong move and your a gonna, out of exercise until you recover and maybe never back to full form...

I think what I like about her video's is that she does them with such attention to form. She's not just slinging herself about randomly and using momentum, she's got a lot of slow control.
