I just basically listen to any music I would like to dance with...that keeps me moving and in a good mood...that varies from day to day: once it's Latin music, then it's Black Eyed Peas or Hip Hop...I change every now and then
I usually listen to Rock cause it gets me in the mood and it's about the only thing I can stand listening to for working out ect because most of my other music slows down somewhere in the song and that just throws me off.
I like to listen to fast music while working out, ex. techno/trance or hard rock & metal. I find that it helps to energize me, plus, trance music is very uplifting! Great for exercising.
